Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• A certain percentage or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package chosen.
• Cancellations made [insert cancellation window, e.g., 48 hours] prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.

• We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in services due to natural disasters, weather conditions, or any force majeure situations.
